I’m Yessica Duque, a food photographer and food stylist based in the Netherlands.
Proud owner of YD Backdrops, a personal brand I launched on 2020 focused on backdrops made for product and food photography.
As a food photographer, my work involves imagery for outdoor campaigns, commercial photography for important brands, social media, and PR for restaurants and Chefs in Europe.

During my journey as food photographer, I’ve realised how important is a good surface for a composition. Backdrops add personality and style to your photo making it special.
One day I felt that had the need to make my own surfaces, that sensation of my hands full of painting and the need of letting myself go into the colors and textures opened a therapeutic window... and 2 years later I'm finally making possible this dream that I’m sharing with you..
